The parents applying for nursery classes for their children must come with children's passport photographs and birth certificate for filing. 

Application for primary classes requires two passport photographs and birth certificate for the applicants. 

The students applying for Upper Basic class must come with two passport photographs, birth certificate and primary leaving certificate.
